Timberland
The brief
Timberland needed to reach a new, younger audience and reassert its position as a leading global footwear and fashion brand without losing the heritage credibility that built it. Existing content wasn’t converting reach into commerce, and the brand risked being seen as legacy rather than culturally relevant.
What we did
Built a global content strategy and production model to reposition the brand through ambassador-fuelled, shoppable social content.
Partnered with culturally relevant ambassadors to put the brand in front of new audiences authentically, rather than through traditional brand advertising.
Made content shoppable at the point of engagement, closing the gap between social reach and ecommerce conversion.
Scaled production globally, giving regional teams a consistent content model to run locally while staying on-brand.
